Content and Marketing Engineer

We're looking for a Content and Marketing Engineer to own the Maven brand, create content, engage and secure customers via social media and guide our UX/UI design by harnessing the power of AI. This is not a traditional marketing role. You will not rely on outside marketing agencies; rather you'll use AI agents to GSD. This is a high-impact role for an individual ready to re-imagine how marketing gets done using AI.
Own Maven's marketing strategy across acquisition, retention, brand, and revenue growth.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and emerging channels.
Capture and edit video and photo content. Create compelling content across social, email, app, web and more.
Build and maintain Maven's brand voice and visual identity.
Architect AI agent workflows that automate content creation, campaign management, audience segmentation, reporting, and competitive intelligence.
Support sales efforts by developing compelling pitch decks and presentations.
Own Maven's presence in AI-powered discovery so that when consumers ask LLMs, Maven is the first and best answer provided.
2+ years marketing experience with ownership of paid and organic strategies.
Demonstrated strength in creative development with a strong portfolio.
Proven success operating as a full-stack marketer in a lean environment.
Advanced use of AI tools for content creation, automation, and analysis.
Comfort working with modern technology tools such as Git, Jira, and Slack.
Results-oriented mindset with a drive to outperform targets.
Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end.
