Our Approach

What we do

We combine science with baseball expertise to unlock each player's potential. Our methodology begins with comprehensive biomechanical assessment that captures every nuance of a player's mechanics. From this data, we identify specific strengths to leverage and areas for improvement. Then, our expert coaches develop customized training plans that translate complex analytics into actionable techniques, helping players build a deeper understanding of their own performance.

THE ASSESSMENT

Our assessment utilizes 360 degree motion capture cameras and force plate technology to collect detailed information on the movements comprising a swing or pitching delivery. The data captured by the cameras and force plates is synched, processed through our in-house algorithm and generated into a comprehensive report that facilitates accurate benchmarking and the creation of a training program rooted in biomechanical data.
